Returns & Cancellations

DOA's must be reported via e-mail within 24 hours.  A photo is required in order for us to make an informative decision.  In the event you receive a damaged item or DOA, you will receive store credit.  In order to receive the full credit, a clean water sample (seperate from the dead specimen is required, within 48 hours, after discussing the situation with a Vegascorals.com staff member).  Any damaged dry goods will be replaced, or store credit given once we receive the damaged product(s) back and the UPS claim has been filed and released to us.

Shipping Policies

Livestock will be shipped ONLY after the customer has been contacted to determine the best time when someone can sign for the package.  Any livestock packages that "waive" the signature will release Vegascorals.com from any liabilities of the shipped items.  Please leave a correct phone number so that we may contact you in case of any situations that may arise.
